How to Select and Store Tomato
Prefer to buy tomatoes having vibrant and rich red colors as they have wonderful nutritional health benefits. Always buy good shaped, even skinned without wrinkles, bruises, cracks or any spots as they may get some infections. Avoid buying the canned tomatoes as they can cause corrosion due to the high acid content.
